This is Their Story: Redemption Discussion

I have decided to restart this from Chapter One. I branched away from the barebones survival story that this was supposed to be. This is now an Open RP until the starting date of sometime i decide to start.

Background:
Project Unity: In the later years of Earth, the Moon was moving away at a drastic pace. Soon, Earth's tides were getting to uncontrolable, that humans had to do something. This something was moving the moon, back into place. The project consisted of installing 5 Vespene powered engines on sides of the moon to bring it back into its place from the 21st century era. They would get the gas from a large group of people from the Koprulu, considering Humanity had no where else to go in that sector seeing it was just a wasteland from all the wars at this point.

They had representatives of remaining factions of humanity come to show how humanity can unite once more to save their home. The ship they came on attracted mass amounts of Zerg due to the concentration of the precious gas. The Zerg, also attracted Protoss, seeing that they wanted to cleanse them. The factions land, and create outposts on the moon, to get ready for the operation, because this had just now became a defense mission for them. Of all the factions, the NR seemed to be the main force aside from the United Humanity Alliance.

After a few years had passed, the operation was ready to commence. The Protoss and Zerg had lost, and humanity would recuperate and thrive once more.
Or so they thought.
The thrusters were uncontrolably powerful. They had found out later that most of the Vespene had actually been Terrazine, and the ratio to Terrazine - Vespene was 10terrazine -1 grams of vespene gas.

The concentration of the Terrazine caused almost all personnel to go insane, and things had only gotten worse. They managed to turn off the engines, but most of the operators were ravaged by the Zerg or the insane humans, for the majority of the Protoss had decided the moon would destroy the coming infestation. They were wrong.

The impact was slowed just enough, that the moon instead, merged with earth, it is now like a tumor on the face of the Earth, gaining parts of the Earth's characteristics, but not naturally.

Biomes were together, and animal species were mixed. The impact zone had become a dark spot on the faces of the moon and Earth. This area has not been explored, and it should never be explored.

There was also many ancient structures that were underground, and have been revealed from the moons new features. Teams who went inside never came out...

Many camps were destroyed, and after the years, the (Labeled: Sins) insane men had built camps, and even bases, or just took over the ones they had found. They destroyed any remaining humanity left on Earth and the Moon. (God knows how it is on the face of our home).

I, Doctor Yanato, write this report on the Project: Unity. As the biggest mistake in human history. To anyone who finds this log. Please know. There is no hope for our corrupted race. I will see you in hell.

The year is 5978. The Protoss and the Zerg have been dormant for centuries after the Tribes Conflict, the Epic Wars, and the Damnation Age. Humanity is "In deep crap" currently. All factions have collapsed, and resources are thin. This time has been entitled as the Dark Epoch. Very few planets are hospitable, colonies are hard to be sustained, and people live in lives that were previously beyond inhumane, but is now the standard. De-Evolution is an understatement.
One planet, currently un-named is quite small, about the size of the Earthern moon. The planet is home to camps of wild creatures, mutated from various synthetic alements, camps of bandits(humans who want to loot, burn and pillage any form of Utopian society), and 8 people.
These 8 are descendants of great leaders from past times. They have no recognition of their own lives, but understand their current situation they are in. They are the only people capable of leading humanity back to greatness. Or sending them down past Hell.
This. Is their story.

Characters:
>Korozain<
Name: Kain "Korozain" Orin

Build: Light

Descendant: Orin Family, Zeein "Korozain" Orin, Shade Gheist Legend

Description: Tall, moderately muscled. Black, short spiked hair. (Uses a natural tree sap for "hairgel") Dark Tan skin, mild facial hair (thin beard around mouth). Wears a thin, durable metal obsidian like armor. Armor is ornate, and a sacred model to the Orin Family. Starts with an obsidian polearm(ornate sword tip much like a Naginata) with a dark metal tip.
Personality wise, he is very distant from other people but once he trusts you, he'll speak to you. He tends to tell jokes a lot, mainly very dark sense of humor. Mercy, love, compassion. All are lost concepts to him. Known mental issues in the past...

Skills: Dark Arts, long melee weapons(staffs or spears) Marksmanship, Agile.
[Dark Arts is a fighting style used by psionics of the Shade Gheists that normally involves kicks or joint(like elbows and knees) attacks, also allows the fighter to use a dark energy and cast attacks (requires a lot of energy and willpower to do.]
Weapon: Family blade (4ft. long polearm, the blade being 6inches and the shaft 3.5ft.) Blade is jagged and the shaft and blade have many etchings and ornate carvings. SGEA(ShadeGheistEliteArmament) - "Undertaker" Tactical Assassination Handgun. Outfitted with a small reflex sight, 15rnd. magazine, and a silenced barrel. There is also a slot on the side of the receiver that something can be put into it.

Name: Ryan "Slasher" Hunter
Body build: Average
Descendant: Hunter, Jake Hunter- Blade master and legendary mercenary who started in the Confederate era.
Description: Brown eyes, Scar across right eye and down his back, brown hair, thin and muscular, highly customized CMC-400 armor, the helmet is now a more separate set up, with the front having to horizontal lines for the eyes and the rest black and red, like the rest of the armor, cannon on right shoulder, active camouflage module, goatee, solemn, but loyal to friends and family, willing to make new ones. Likes to train in all shapes and forms, including working out. Wields twin short swords in the shape of large trench knives and a plasma rifle with rapid fire and single fire and charged burst settings.
Skills: Blade master, assault expert, hand to hand master. Also quick thinking and acting,
agile as well. Stealth master for the ability to take any job anywhere.

Name: Jerus Je'and
Race: Terran
Body build: Average
Descendant: Je'and, Zar'kun Je'and-First Blood Letter
Description: Jerus is a member of the Blood Letters, a group of people who use blood based powers and drink the blood of a slain foe, increasing their power. When on a blood covered battle field, they could absorb the blood to give them a temporary boost in power or heal wounds faster. He and other Blood Letters were fighting to protect their sanctuary when Jerus was called away. Is somewhat blood thirsty and always looking for a good fight. Prefers solitude by will work with others if necessary. Don't interrupt him during his training or rituals or you might find yourself a bit bruised and bloodied. Wears black and blood red armor with small spikes on the shoulders and a skull shaped helmet. When not wearing the helmet, his hair is white with blood red eyes.
Skills: Master hand to hand combatant, expert marksman, blade master, and bloodmancer
Weapon: Spritus Raptor, a double sided scythe that allows for focus bloodmancer attacks (Think Darksiders 2), and Mortifer, a machine pistol that fires life draining rounds.

Name: Jereco "Hawkeye" Alexander

Body build: average

Descendant: Sir Alexander; a famous Fleet Admiral.

Description:
- Bio; A former combat medic, Stefan became a contract mercenary and an expert marksmen.
- Appearance; about 6 foot, muscles like a swimmer, European decent with a well-weathered face, gray-blue eyes, short-cropped dark brown hair, some stubble, hunting boots(black), military cargo pants(green camo), tee shirt(white), reinforced leather bracers(brown), armored vest(green camo). (clothes described are worn under his armor; see equipment)
- Personality: Careful around those he doesn't know but far more open with friends. Highly protective of the weak, to betray him is to sign your death warrant.

Skills: Well trained in mixed martial arts. Near expert marksman. Wide array of survival skills. Trained field medic.

Equipment: High-powered battle rifle with retractable 6” bayonet and collapsible scope. Pair of brass knuckles. 18" vibro combat blade. Advanced combat med kit. Semi-powered stealth armor with an active camo system.

Personality: Shy person who avoids growing attached to people, due to what happened before she lost her memory. Has habits from military
Behavior: Follows military behaviors, likes to get all the info before making a move. Avoids growing attached to people, and acts very fast in combat.
Skills: Good with exotic or heavy weapons, along with a good knowledge with mechanical things and computers. Has good hearing, and an excellant sixth-sense, making it almost impossible to sneak up on her.
Weapon: Variable Laser Rifle that lets her choose the firing rate, power, and range. The Rifle runs off her suit's power supply, which recharges fine. Has a bayonet, and a shotgun for the Rifle.

Name: Fox Natalist
Body build: Average, Lithe
Descendant: Devise and Stukov, Rebecca and Leon during their times and they led a group of Terran's of their own on a planet that was nowhere near the Dominion after something happened on a certain planet.
Description: 5'11" palish skin to a tanned look, orange eyes, very dark brown hair, hair is long and slightly wavy. Wears a leather vest along with chaps and a cloak.
Hard to sway, hunter, thoughts of adaption.
Can be quiet and is hard to trust others at first but once there is respect and trust along with friendship then she will help them in need.
Skills: Good psionics since the first people that started the bloodline were a Shadow and a Valkyrie. Is adapt at a hunting spear that can be used for multiple uses, fishing, hunting, killing, leverage...
Weapon: Chamber Pistol (8 Shot with a powerful hit if shot at the right spot)
Decorative Combat Knife, feathers hanging off the handle as decoration.

Oraia has a few zerg tendrils entwined with her fiery red medium length hair (think HotS Kerrigan but with her normal hair as well and fewer tendrils). She stands about 5’5”, has brown eyes, lightly tanned skin, a mark of Erini on her left shoulder blade [http://silentnight4k.deviantart.com/#/d5nhp2h], psi index of 10, she wears an orange modified spectre suit with a white kitsune painted on the right shoulder.
Oraia is a bit laid back but will follow orders, shy around people she doesn’t know, once she gets to know someone she is very friendly, hates the zerg even when she controls them

Descendant: Flint Family: Patriarch: Johnathan Flint Sr Matriarch: Danial Flint/'Dynamite'/Glitsrinn, Both members of a mercenary group which Sr lead for a period of time as a regent.
Description:Jessica was named after a close friend of the Flint family patriarch and resembles her rather well. She is trained in infiltration and mechanical repair. She is also a melee specialist and has an increased precision is measurements which strangely doesn't affect her ability as a sniper.
She is rather distrusting of people at first and prefers to be alone, exceptions to this are when her or a family members life is at risk. She prefers the company of machines and loves to work on them as it brings calm to her nerves.
She has long blood red hair with Protoss tendrils showing on the back of her head, has green eyes, is slim, stands at about 6'4", and Attractive. Wears basic pilot fatigues with the name patch with the name 'Flint' stitched to it.
Skills: Psionic, Shapeshifter, Master Mechanic, Master Pilot, Infiltration specialist.
Weapon: Modified C-10 Canister Rifle, Dual Kaiser blades, (Both items are heirlooms from Ivan Flint who had aquired from his father. They orginally belonged to Jessica, the spectre from who she earns her name.)

Name: Alex Wilson
Race: Terran
Body build: Average
Description: Tan skin, large brown eyes, short brown hair, rather muscular. 6'0, 180 pounds, wears a T-shirt with or without a sweater and a pair of jeans.
Semi-polite, not too friendly, likes to be heard, is 25 years old. He's a cocky fellow, who nonetheless has excellent survival instincts.
Skills: Worked various odd-jobs, never landing that good of one.
Weapon: A hunting rifle he grabbed before leaving, ammunition, and a bowie knife.
Backstory: When it happened...he lost everything. He ran to the stores, raiding any supplies that he could. He ran across the other two by accident, and stayed with them, and quickly became the group's leader.

Name: Terri Svedson
Race: Terran
Body build: Light
Description: 5'5, 125 pounds, long blonde hair and large green eyes. Slender, petite build. Wears shorts and a T-shirt or jeans and a sweater.
Happy-go-lucky, the brains of the group, she's friendly to all strangers, trying to stay friendly with as many people as possible. She's 20 years old.
Skills: Technology
Weapon: Shotgun, butcher knife.
Backstory: Attended a university for technology, then, when it happened, she went out, taking what she could. She stumbled upon the other two at the same point, and had similar thoughts.

Name: Lenny Dud
Race: Terran
Body build: Heavy
Description: Huge. 6'8, 260 pounds, extremely muscular, extremely strong. Wears a baseball cap, as well as a football jersey. Is African-American, with smaller brown eyes and baldness.
A bit of a simpleton, but loyal and very friendly, perhaps overly so.
Skills: Raw strength
Weapon: Baseball bat, pistol
Backstory: Was a football player, before it happened. He left town, bewildered, and came across the other two, who have since helped him.

Summary:

6 people find themselves in various locations on an odd planet, not knowing anything about themselves but their names. They eventually find each-other and find a forest clearing bearing 4 huts, with 4 insane men trying to kill them for some reason. In two of the four huts they find a vehicle and various equipment (Armor, guns, fuel.) Devise needs to find a mountain pass for some reason, and all the survivors in Sanctuary (they named the camp they occupy and also later become named Hope's Fire) shared this need.

They also find a map, showing location of camps that have supplies that would be needed for survival. The first camp they go to has a lot of equipment they needed, most of them were injured in an ambush, but their blood was a good price to pay for knowledge of themselves.
Jared and Devise had a relationship of some kind. Jordan tried to kill Devise(then ran off because he couldn't bear to see them), Kain was an elite assassin and also has some hidden hatred towards Stefan, who was apart of the NRMC.

They return, wounded physically and mentally, Devise suffering a broken leg. They recuperate, then leave to a medical base, far north. They find weapons from their past, and also find an ancient human enemy.

The Zerg. The main Operations Center was a hive for the Zerg, and they destroyed it before it could grow. They also found a tank capable of providing artillery and anti-armor advantages. They come back, and search the other 2 huts. One an entertainment room, the other a medical hut. At night, a Nerazim(Dark Templar) ship is attacked by zerg fliers and crashes in a desert south of Sanctuary. Kain and Jared are now chasing it down while Stefan and Devise and McKenzie are resting at Sanctuary.

LostMorph when you make your character, you have 2 choices. A dark Templar that was with Zaron, or make a human that will be held captive by bandits and well get you soon.

Armor: Modified Gen V Spectre Suit: Sleek, orange with red energy currents and form fitting. The suit has a shield but it doesn’t last long.
Weapons: Modified Warp Blade: a warp blade that was modified to either be used as originally designed or be held as a normal sword. The khaydarin focusing crystal can store and even generate energy for the blade. The blade is made of the same red as the energy in her suit.
Plasma Assault Rifle: Fires bolts of plasma but can be converted to fire other types of ammo. Looks like a C-20A.
Oraia has a few zerg tendrils entwined with her normal black hair (think HotS Kerrigan but with normal hair aswell and fewer tendrils). [not sure what to add so I might end up editing this later]

Ok, try not to over-do it on the psionic powers. But so far pretty damn good. You'll be in on end of Chaper V or in beginning of VI

ok and if you have read anything in either SO or SS i may give a char a !@#$ ton of abilities but half the time i dont use them or i only use a low level variant of said ability.
