This is a fallacy, because you are misunderstanding the random chance and odds.
Each game is played on its merits, by itself. The opponent's race of your previous game has absolutely no bearing on your opponent's race in the next game.
In each game, you have a 33.3% chance of getting a certain race, assuming equal numbers of players from all races in your MMR range are searching at the same time. In the next game, those odds don't change. It's still a 33.3% chance. Your chances of playing a certain race in the next game don't somehow diminish based on your previous game.
To say "There's a 0.1% chance that you'd end up with PvP 6 times in a row." is false, regardless of whether that 0.1% number is accurate or not. What is correct is "if you play 6 games in a row you'll have a 33.3% chance of a PvP in each game".
