[Beta] New Terran Unit... tvp and tvz

Seems like the more terran thread I read, mech in TvP is still not a cost efficient option in the match up. When reading about the reasons its normally all about the shield, namely the Immortals. So I was thinking, what if there was a unit designed specifically to deal with the shields?

Unit: EMP Mobile Generator
Cost: 150,100
Possible Specs:
HP: 150
Energy @ Max: 200, start at 50
Created From Factory, Requires Armory, or new building (Genorator?)
3 second set up time
Unit Abilities:
EMP Blast: Range 14, cost 100 energy, effects both ground and air
Sends out an EMP blast that cripples all enemy shields by 75 within radius
Concussive Cone: Range 10(cone), cost 50 energy, ground and air:
Sends out a Sound wave in a cone that damages enemy units (20 vs Bio, 15 vs Mechanical, psionic) Bonus vs Armored (30)

You could make the EMP last a specific duration like 10 or so seconds. After duration shields return to levels before EMP blast.

Lol, we already have something that does that. It's called the "ghost." It's also good for draining the energy from spellcasters. If you're on target with the EMP, immortals drop like flies. : )

We also have turrets but they want to give us Widow Mines as well.

LOL so you pretty much want to make the immortal useless in TvP. Hows protoss supposed to break out of a contain of siege tanks when immortals can just be emp by this thing and destroyed by tanks. You already have ghosts or did you forget that their good against EVERY protoss unit like the majority of the terran players ive faced.

Unit: Destructible rocks
Costs: 0
HP: 5,000
Energy: @ Max: 200, start at 50 (can be upgraded to start with 75)
Created from Dustin Browdery, requires RTS development experience
Unit Abilities:
Continue being a rock - 0 energy, continues to be a destructible rock
Block expansion - 0 energy, continues to get in your way
Distract a players units while their opponent attacks them - 0 energy, opens up offensive opportunities for player 2
