Unused things need to be changed!

Wassup Blizzard and my fellow forum posters!
This is my first post ever,so don't be too harsh on me.
I know i'm a bronze player(with little exerience) and i have not the proper knowledge about units,upgrades etc.

BUT I CAN STILL MAKE OUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLACK AND WHITE.

This is not a rant post about imbalance,nerf this buff that, etc...

This post is about certain upgradees,units,structures etc which are hardly used...

1. The sensor tower (T)
How many games have you seen this structure been built?
NOT USED.

2. Reapers (T)
I know blizzard is already working on this in Hots,but still...
HARDLY USED.

3.Caduceus reactor (T)
Many people must have not even heard of this upgrade.(Increases medivac energy)
Nobody has ever used it.
NOT USED.

4.Corvid Reactor(T)
Almost same as above.
Used ONLY when somebody is massing Ravens.
HARDLY USED.

5.Banshee (T)
I know this one is debatable,(IT IS FREQUENTLY USED)
but its is MOSTLY used for cloacked banshee rush/cheese.
NOT FREQUENTLY USED (FOR MACRO GAMES)

6. Hi Sec-Auto Tracking (T)
Have never seen anyone using this upgrade (except for extremely long games)
NOT USED.

7.Structure Armor Upgrade (T)
Similar to above
NOT USED.

8.Gravitic Boosters (P)(speed of observers)
I Don't play protoss , hardly know anything about it.
But i don't think this is frequently used.
HARDLY USED.

Disagree, I open with them every tvt or tvp.

Why else would you get it?

I always use this when going mech and massing planetaries with all the minerals I have. Same with structure armor.

If a terran commits to lots of banshee harass, it's something you'll want to get. Doesn't see too much use, but it has its place.

every single one of those is frequently used (with the exception of medivac starting energy), but as u said, you dont have the experience to know that.

honestly theres just no point in medivac starting energy, when u need a tech lab to research it. if u are going banshee, or building a raven, then u need that gas to go into those units, and if u are going medivac, you probably have the reactor, or if its a 1 base play, no addon at all. in any case medivacs rarely run out of energy, and its better to just have more medivacs rather than more energy on your medivacs.

in TvP, its actually bad to have alot of energy on your medivacs, to the point that you see terran players occasionally actually stim their units and burn off medivac energy before going for a drop.

and unlike upgrades such as infestor energy, its not like it can be beneficial to get the upgrade before getting the unit. a medivac can heal immediately regardless of the energy upgrade, and it takes 80 seconds to build the upgrade and only 42 seconds to build 2 medivacs with reactor...

option 1: tech lab. after 84 seconds, u have 2 medivacs, both with about 75 energy.

cost = 300/300+starport and techlab

option 2: reactor. after 84 seconds, u have 4 medivacs, 2 with about 75 energy, 2 with 50 energy.

cost = 400/400 + starport and reactor

so basically u have twice as many medivacs, u can build them 2 at a time (which means in 42 seconds u get 100 energy instead of 75), and as stated before, medivacs almost never run out of energy. this upgrade never should have been in the game.

first time i played terran i looked at the upgrade tab on a starport's techlab and was like...omg omg omg what do i want theres SOOOO many options. and then i realized they were all niche upgrades, or in the case of medivac energy, completely worthless.
