Is there a way to adjust the graphics resolution in Windowed Mode? I don't mean the size of the window itself, I mean the actual graphics. When I go to Windowed Mode, the graphics resolution defaults to a higher resolution than what my computer can handle without lag and I can't lower it.

Even if you set the graphics to low, does the issue happen?
