League placement and MMR from PLAT to DIA

Last season i was top gold. Mind you the smurf masters account i was playing on doesnt apply because we are simply going to talk about the MMR. Now being top gold, my win to loss ratio would vary. Win ratio went from .45% to .56% and so on. And as we all know above .50% win ratio means testing time for Mr. MMR. So i had to start playing Plats to even out MMR. Started to win. Got promoted or in the accounts case "demoted" to Plat league. I still saw no difference in my win ratio. It actually went up to .59%. So currently i sit at an MMR to be described as "Testing for Diamond". Played one Diamond and top Plats in ladder with Diamond MMR. This means from here on out i need .50% or higher consistent for win ratio. Then when my MMR crosses a certain threshold from playing Diamond i get promoted. And threshold meaning the line in which a player can consistently sustain equal play in the next leagues lowest MMR population. Just some thoughts on how i think of the ladder system.
