Icons missing , can not play

All icons disappeared after re-installed SC2 and all maps without image like "..." can not be joined and played . Before reinstall there was few icons missing that I thought it can be fixed by reinstall.

I tried to find and delete folders on C disk and reinstalled many times this problem is still not solved.

In the arcade now I can only see "..." for every maps , so does my potrait
Also I can not play any online games because many options missing icons images on it.

so its like the whole game is crashed Someone give me any help?

Now I'm using my laptop to play SC2 games in arcade as an alternative, but there are also some maps missing icons that I cannot join these games.

This icon missing problem occured since January the 1.54 patch.

Now I'm tring to join arcade game with laptop but failed as well

it is saying " ERROR! CLIENTSIDECACHE_READ_HTTP_FILE_NOT_FOUND "

hard search,finally i fixed the problem,
answer are here for AUS and SA players:

Go the Control Panel

Click Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center,

click Change adapter settings.Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS.

right-click Wireless Network Connection, and click Properties.

select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.
Click Advanced and select the DNS tab.

For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844

Restart the connection you selected in step 3.

Didn't work, thanks for wasting my time!

Not only that, but you actually don't explain the last point very well, just so I didnt make a mistake I had to youtube the final part to make sure I knew what I was doing.

Why bother explaining how to get there, then rushing the most important part.
