Ive seen big players do it where they open for a quick forge , block off entrance to natural with pylon and gateway & a photon cannon behind than a fast expand , what is this build order?

I assume you mean Forge fast expand (FFE). is it PvZ?

PVZ
http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Forge_Fast_Expansion_(vs._Zerg)

9 Pylon (scout)
14 Forge
17 Nexus
17 Pylon
18 Gateway
18 Photon Cannon
18 Assimilator x2

That build is only PvZ. For PvT 1gate fast expand into 3 gate is good with heavy pressure at ~ < 7:00. PvP 4gate or 3gate robo

hope that helps

A common build to use with FFE is the sentry immortal all in.

There are various ways of pushing out but commonly its +2 weapons, ~ 7 sentries, 3 immortals, a warp prism and bunch of zealots. Then warp in stalkers or zealots as needed. Obviously if heavy lings go zealots, roaches (or mutas) go stalkers. FWIW before pushing out your spending gas on upgrades, immortals, sentries and minerals on zealots.

To answer your question:
You want to start +1 weapons asap when you have 100 gas (after 1 stalker & warp gate tech). Actually its upto you whether to spend that first 100 gas on weapons or Robo. I tend to start upgrades THEN build Robo. I do not spend any chrono on +2 weapons instead I chrono immortals + Warp gate and generally move out around the time of +2 weapons.

I think this Day 9 series will show the build pretty well. Its PartinG's sentry immortal all in. Ignore his crazy Warp prism micro and just get the build working http://day9.tv/d/Day9/day9-daily-522-partings-immortal-sentry-push-newbie-tuesday/

No because for +2 you need a twilight council and getting that then +2 will make your timing hit WAY too late, +1 attack is all you need for the all in and probably 90% less effective, the build is supposed to hit right as the Zerg is done droning before he has started making an army.

Upgrades are whenever you want to get them.

I prefer to get +1 fast after the FFE so I can do a quick 4 gate pressure his third.

Sometimes I just outright kill their third. If I can't kill their third, then I'm taking my own behind this attack. The zerg will not want to engage his lings since you will be zealot heavy during this poke and if he has roaches, you can just retreat since there is no way in hell he has roach speed done by this time.

Once you finish +1 attack, you should start +1 armor immeidately. Have the Twilight council down while +1 armor is about halfway done so you can start +2 immediately. You may also want to throw down a second forge around the same time as the Twilight council.
