Real Life SCVs/Marines

I was browsing through Youtube and found a video from at least 2007 showcasing a working exoskeleton! The exoskeleton is light weight and seems to work primarily on pneumatics. In the video the soldier uses the exoskeleton to lift 35lb ammo canisters with speed and ease and not losing breath at all.

I did not know we were this freaking close to having real life SCV/Marine like exoskeletons! I can't freaking wait to become a cyborg! :D

You think that's neat? (And I agree that it is)

There have recently been a few monumental cybernetics breakthroughs; including a robotic arm directly controlled by interface with the brain of a woman with arms and legs paralyzed by stroke, testing for a robotic hand which can interact directly with the nerves in the arm to which its attached to provide sensory input, and the world's first augmentative neuroprosthetic successfully tested in rats, which gave the rats a completely new sense - the ability to sense by touch infrared light.
