ERROR: The file "C:\Program Files (x86)StarCraft II\Updates\s2-24621-24621-Win-Liberty-rebase.MPQ" appears to be corrupt. You may need to download this file again.
Blizzard has taken my right to play my purchased game away. Please explain.

Cazard / Casimir, the error states that the file is corrupt, so we can delete that file, and try running StarCraft II to replace it.
Right-click on the StarCraft II shortcut, and choose 'Open file location.'
That should open up the StarCraft II folder.
Then open the Updates folder.
Delete the s2-24621-24621-Win-Liberty-rebase.MPQ file.
