Do partial achievements reset?

So I have every brutal mission completed except for the final one, "All In".

Okay so here's my dumb question:

If I wanted to completely revamp my research upgrades by redoing the entire campaign from the start, but on normal or something, and then completing "All In" on brutal, is there any reason I shouldn't still get the achievement for completing the campaign on brutal?

(If partial achievement is weird terminology, click the achievement, and you'll see a checklist of all the missions that you've done on brutal. The question is, does starting the campaign over undo these checkmarks?)

You can do that, since the game only factors what missions you have fully completed, not if they were on the same run through or not.
