Movers for units? Is that even what I need?

Hey folks. The only mover tutorials I can find are all about missiles, but I'm more curious about movers for units.

I'm hoping to make it so a unit can't pull a hard stop (barring major collisions), requiring it to overshoot and turn around in order to reach a destination that was received too late.

Any information to point me in the right direction would be great. Maybe I don't even need to mess with movers. Either way, I'm stumped right now.

For this you would just change the Turn Rate and Acceleration/Deceleration of the Unit. Most units have these fields cranked up to values where you can't notice their effects.
