Replacing behavior

Blegh, I hate to have to ask it, but I'm trying to figure out how to replace the Hatchery's Spawn Larvae behavior with an Improved Spawn Larvae when a Spawning Pool exists (and revert when none does)

Using a duplicate spawn larvae ability, and setting one to require a spawning pool and the other to require !spawning pool, I've almost got it working, but the argument for checking for no spawning pool doesn't seem to disable the behavior once the spawning pool finishes, resulting in two larvae timers giving the hatchery a max of 6 larvae...

Bleh, didn't want to ask because I knew I'd figure it out myself (eventually)
Used not equal instead of just not.
