I find it saddening that after this recent patch, the issue that I and countless others are having has not been addressed. I have a screenshot showing that I have completed the campaign all in brutal, yet it doesn't show Brutal Campaign Ace nor did it unlock the portraits for Brutal:20... Very unfair to the ones who played the straight campaign all in Brutal and were expecting due rewards...
You do not have credit for completing The Reckoning. If you were offline when you completed this mission --- or the Achievement system was -- there's nothing Blizzard can do to give you credit.
I've been watching the forum closely for achievement news and problems before and since writing this FAQ; there are not "countless others" with your issue, but there are two or three who chime in that they don't have credit despite completing every mission.
Only as soon as anyone checks their profile, they're missing 1-3 missions. This is easily rectified, even if it's annoying; just complete the mission(s) you're missing and you'll get the credit.
No bug, but early in launch the achievement system was down frequently. Anyone who continued to play while it was down did so at the risk of missing credit for completed achievements. ISP problems, such as a momentary outage, will let you continue to play but not grant achievement credit during that time.
You are not only missing Brutal 20, but also Hard 20 and Normal 20, indicating that you must complete missing missions -- with your computer and the achievement system both online -- to receive credit for them.
Imaginator, I went to the Master Archives and I have completed "The Reckoning" on Brutal. I have the time it took me to complete it as well. I only want to get credit for Brutal 20, I don't care about hard and normal. So, what you are saying is that in order to get credit for Brutal 20, I have to REPLAY "The Reckoning" mission in order to get credit for Brutal 20?
I just replayed The Reckoning and still no Brutal 20 achievement...

I'm saying look at your own achievements on this very website. You have no credit for The Reckoning on ANY difficulty.
You must complete it and be online for the achievement to register. If you have done that, there's a bug involved, but all we can conclude looking at your profile is that you haven't finished the campaign.
Your Master Archives will disagree with your profile if your hard drive has a record of you completing the mission but BattleNet doesn't.
Yes, I have done The Reckoning and redone it to make sure. So there's definitely a bug, and like I was saying I'm not the only one this is happening to, so I would like to see Blizzard address this bug in the next patch, I think that's fair...
Are you one of those people who leaves the game running 24/7?
Just as a test, log off, log back in, and beat The Reckoning on normal (should be a joke). You get credit for Normal 20?
No, I don't leave the game running 24/7. And like I said I am looking for the Brutal 20 achievement as I have completed ALL missions on Brutal.
The fact that it says completed in your master archives means nothing. That's stored locally on your computer. You could change some files on your comp to trick SC2 into thinking that you beat each mission in 00:01 seconds but that doesn't grant achievements.
My suggestion remains the same, spend 10 mins or less clearing it on normal and see if that grants you Normal 20 or not. That could help figure out the problem.
