Hi guys I'm looking for a little bit of help. I'm currently a manager of LaG Gaming (www.laggaming.net) When the clan system came out, someone took our clan tag (LaG) and made a clan with 3 people in it. So we were forced to use the clan tag TLaG. Now we really want the clan tag back for our clan wars and streaming. We've asked them nicely and tried to reasoned with them but they block us every time we try and talk to them. Does anybody have any ways/ideas at how we can get it back.
*Edit* Also adding onto the situation, there is no way to contact him because every time we send him a message, the server replies back with (null) for what ever reason

Unfortunately, it's first come first serve. I really cannot think of anything. In the real world, you could offer them money for it (this happened a lot when the internet was new and people wanted certain domain names), but that is likely against the Blizzard EULA (no idea). If they refuse to give you the tag name, then you have to use another name. I realize this sucks when you are an established community and they are inactive. I doubt Blizzard will get involved in something like this because where do you draw the line between an active and inactive community? Perhaps, some kind of rule disbanding a clan where no member logs in within X months might be reasonable?
