How to make Photon Cannons not need Pylons

Hello everyone, I've been working on a DotA map (new editor here) and I've come across a small hitch. I want to make photon cannons fire without needing pylons to activate. Or even better, making other buildings capable of firing like a Nexus or a missle turret attacking ground units. Any tips would be appreciated, as I've tried looking on mapster and these forums, and I can't figure it out. I tried searching in map data for a dependancy on pylons, tried a few solutions but none worked.

Photon Cannons firing without pylon:
- remove the "Power User (Queue)" behavior from the unit in the unit tab
