Hey, why did the support team vanish?

I have the game, played it a few years ago, got a new computer when my Mac crashed and have tried to reload the game. It finally installed, but won't move past the "updating" screen, and the support team has completely vanished after telling me to restart my computer.

This is utter nonsense. What kind of business is being run here?

Have you tried these steps as well, Wanderlust? I apologize for the break in support. Was this a support ticket or on the forums?

Doesn't seem like he answered...but I'll pipe-up. I'm wondering the same thing, there's 3 forum posts on here I've been watching, and the blue responses are few and far between...
