Hey guys,

I can see you're both using a Graphics accelerator that isn't listed in the Starcraft 2 compatible hardware page.

Both of your Display Devices have drivers and all directx features are enabled which leads me to believe your video cards are just not supported .

Your best bet at this point is to completely uninstall your display device and re-install it !

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Netbook+and+Tablet+Graphics&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Graphics+Media+Accelerator+3600+Series&ProdId=3468&LineId=3332&FamilyId=39

Above is a link to Intels support page! Good luck.

I have the same issue and I have AMD Radeon R9, I have been playing this game with this card no problem until tonight when I got this error message. I thought it was the Windows update the night before so I restored to a previous date and still no Dice. I mean what?

Hey ROTH, could you try temporarily renaming the Variables.txt file in your Documents\StarCraft II folder to see if that helps?

Have you moved to the most recent version of the AMD Radeon R9 driver? If not, I'd completely uninstall your current graphics card driver and then install the most recent one available. If you are already using the newest available driver, you may want to try a downgrade to one of the previous versions to see if that helps.
