StarCraft II patch 1.1 brings more information to players’ fingertips with a few user interface additions and improvements. Among them, the new in-game clock has been added to show elapsed game time, which can be helpful for practicing build orders and timings. Players can now also view their local time and FPS by mousing over the menu button, as well as Wifi strength and battery life when using a laptop. Furthermore, “Tower Defense” and “Tug of War” map categories can now be filtered in the custom games list.
We’ve also included support for Nvidia 3D so players can immerse themselves in the Koprulu sector like never before with select Nvidia graphics cards and monitors.
Additionally, we’ve implemented a vast amount of improvements for the StarCraft II Editor, fixed a bevy of bugs, and made quite a few balance tweaks across all three races.
