Banned or Locked Account

Any time your World of Warcraft Account is suspended or locked, an email is sent to your Battle.net email address with details of the suspension. If you have not received an email, keep in mind it may take up to 30 minutes to be received. If you still have not received the email after 30 minutes have passed, check to be sure you do not have emails from Blizzard Entertainment blocked. See our guide, How to Receive Email from Blizzard Entertainment, for more information.

If you feel that your account may have been compromised

If you believe that your account was accessed by a malicious third party and this resulted in a penalty on your account, see our support article on Account Compromise.

and i have a question if all my gear/gold is gone can battle net not se where it all whas send and do something? Couse when i summit a ticket nothing happens never thats just not help full and calling is no damn help :(

i whas hackt in diablo 3 i whas playing when a box came up on the screen (you have been disconnected: reason your account have been accesed from another computer) then i logt in again and all my stuf whas gone i mean every damn thing and then also my damn hotmail whas banned and every thing on my hotmail whas changed so i cant get it back this is really something battle net should fix couse this is the 6 damn time im getting hackt. its always the same things mail banned and wow trial account suspented or something and all gear gone on every charrecter in every game i have this is also the reason i left wow got hackt there 2 times 1 time on my furst account then i maked a hole new account 1 year or something this account also now 6 times.............. this is some damn !@#$ its 2 easy 2 hack these accounts omg?

I got a in game whisper today saying this :

I checked the web site with Norton safe web and it can back not safe it says its in Hong Kong. And the whisper didn't have the little blue BLIZ icon beside the name.
I did submit a ticket on this. I just wanted to let others know about the scam.

@Scarydreams: Never reply to or even open those emails, I've had a few myself saying almost exactly the same thing. The site in question wants your acct name and password, something Blizzard will never ask for. Just dismiss the in-game post, or email.

@Flaredor: You can not get banned for power leveling, if you are on for an extended amount of time you might get a blizz chat box to pop up to make sure that you are not botting but that is it.
