Diablo III is here! If you experience difficulty installing, running, or staying connected to Diablo III, look no further. This article contains common troubleshooting techniques that can be used to address issues you may experience on your journey back to Sanctuary.

We have just updated several Battle.net Account Management features, which will have an effect on certain Battle.net services that were recently attempted.  Due to the changes we made, if you were in the middle of one of the following services, you may need to restart the process to ensure proper completion.  Any links that were provided in these previous emails will no longer function; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Starting today, players can access a new system that will allow players to recover World of Warcraft items that they may have sold, destroyed or disenchanted: Battle.net Item Restoration.

Thanks to all our players who have participated in the Diablo III Beta. At this time, the beta has come to a close.

Thank you to all who participated in the Diablo III Open Beta.  At this time, the open beta has come to a close, and testing is once again limited to those who have received an invite to the closed beta.  Closed beta testing will continue until the Diablo III beta ends on May 1st.

With the upcoming World of Warcraft Patch 4.3.4, there will be a few changes to the way you interact with Customer Support within the game.  We've added ways to quickly report harassment, naming violations, cheating, and even submit bugs and suggestions.
