BlizzCast 16 on World of Warcraft Patch 4.2 [Video]

We're excited to present the first-ever video BlizzCast, now in beautiful full-motion 2D! (Don't forget to wear your 2D glasses.) We've also jam-packed this episode with juicy information on World of Warcraft patch 4.2. Rob sits down with Game Director Tom Chilton to find out what the patch is all about, Lead Quest Designer Dave Kosak lays out info on the new Firelands quest hub, and Lead Content Designer Cory Stockton spits and flows on Ragnaros and the upcoming raid content.

@Merlïn: OMG, you think like most of the people, this new patch is interesting for the new raid and the new loot. That is most of the new content of this patch other than new quests and the nerfs and stuff...xcept for mages i guess

They should come out with a new 4th spec for all the classes like: Ninja rogue, lighting mage, volcano druid, etc. that would be pretty sweet. Oh and make the effects of the spells and abilities better. Some of them are pretty weak, and improve the game play of the fighting.

@Iyllia: Ninja rogue... hmmm... i think its pretty clear that rogues are alot like ninjas unless you know some kind of new famous ninja move, lightning mage and volcano druid, well that would take shamans out of play. sorry im just trolling the forum of comment that seem dumb to me. We can make warriors use holy power and heal them selves and... o wait that is a paladin...sorry trolling

Eh, idk.. agian it's just gonna be a mount EVERYONE exept me has. But i do enjoy the progression of my quests on Mount Hyjal so far. :) I like unlocking the ancients. lol it's fun.

Yes, I love the idea of the hippo mount. Although, if its just for doing all the daily's it seems after a while everyone will have one. This patch seems to have tons of content can't wait.

love all the new ideas , but am i alone when i say that the actual look of loot , such as weapons just do not look that good anymore , i mean , if you run a lvl 70 raid , that loots awesome looking , my lock is lvl 73 atm , and is sporting a healm thats just sick. Plz blizz , make the gear and weapons look as great as it did in BC. :)

@Créép: I agree I just got a lvl 85 arena helm for my warrior and it looks like a green pot turned upside down on my head with the side cut out. Not cool! won't be showing that helm to anyone but need for arenas.
