I love it. We've pulled off bosses by the skin of our teeth like this before and it's always a thrill. Sure as heck a lot better than people who up and quit just because half the raid is dead. KEEP FIGHTING!
Actually, since Chimaeron has 5 seconds between each attack, it's better for the DPS to just stand there and dps during phase 2, as opposed to stopping and running away. Blow threat reduction CDs when he comes for you.
