BlizzCon 2011 World of Warcraft Pet: Meet Murkablo

An ill omen streaks across the sky over Azeroth's Great Sea, heralding the arrival of this year's BlizzCon-exclusive World of Warcraft in-game companion: the fearsome-ish Murkablo, aquatic protégé of Diablo III's eponymous Lord of Terror! Anyone who attends BlizzCon 2011 or purchases this year's BlizzCon Virtual Ticket will receive a Murkablo to call their own, along with a yet-to-be-revealed StarCraft II in-game gift.

BlizzCon 2011 takes place on October 21 and 22 at the Anaheim Convention Center. If you order the Virtual Ticket Internet stream online through Battle.net, Murkablo and the StarCraft II gift will be automatically attached to the Battle.net account you use to make your purchase shortly after BlizzCon begins. DIRECTV customers who order the BlizzCon Pay Per View event will receive a code granting access to the Internet stream and the in-game gifts via email.

I got the Virtual Ticket too but as far as I know (and remember reading), you get the pet after Blizzcon starts.

I got the pet on (ONLY)one toon yesterday. I still have the letter from Master Handler Sylvester in my mailbox. I learned the pet now about 24 hours later pet is gone (not in my book of companions anymore)and none of my other alts got the letter. Has this happened to anyone else?

@Coveironegro: I remember that they used to have a European version of Blizzcon called the Blizzard World Wide Invitational or something. A Blizzard convention in Brazil is not very far fetched. However, note that WoW has not even been officially released in Brazil yet, so for now chances are a bit slim.

semi-cool. Should include things to do. (i.e., virtual passport stamps, games, questions to answer, trivial, orders me a pizza and a darkbrew mug of bubble beverage, delivery troll does not show up to ninja-loot it, etc.)
