Adventurers will be tested like never before in 4.3 as they take on Deathwing and his minions, emerging with powerful new treasures. Please enjoy this preview of the mage tier 13 set, as well as a visual guide to tiers 1 through 12 for Transmogrification purposes.

Timelord Regalia

It’s fun to put a spin on any caster class that moves it away from the usual wizardly archetype, and this set provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. Gnomish clockwork technology is an established part of the Warcraft universe, but it’s not something we’ve incorporated into a tier of player armor before. The combination of moving cogs, quilted fabric, and lots of buckled straps give the set an intriguing "techno-mage" flavor.

Tier 13 is ugly but thats my opinion seeing as most that played in Vanilla had a love/hate relationship with T2. T2 is my favourite I never could bring myself to shard it in BC so it sat in my bank. Honestly though best Mage sets were Vanilla and BC. That said Aldor and Tempest are ugly. Aldor is only good in its PvP recolour. Best set out of BC is T5 PvE and PvP set. Everything else is fail. I prefer Tier sets that give off a Mage flavour and few sets deliver on that for us.

T5 is the best in my book looks more like something a real mage would use but i got here at the start of Wotlk and im not doing 20 BC raids just for the look (oh and the plural of mage is magi so you every one can stop saying mage's)

Just not a fan of the Mage Tiers other than T4 and T7. T13 goggles are Ok I guess. I remember thinking T5 was much cooler when BC came out, just didn't stand the test of time.

Hmmm, mage teir 8 is nice though i tihnk it'd be better with a robe on it, maybe do something based off the Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest. With a faceless mask as the helm and the shoulders sportign those floating funes that the staff has. Just a thought. Though personally i like most of set 13 but the helm just ercks me.

Tier 5 looks the best because its not some complicated arrangment of peices but rather a simplistic robe with enough style to make it look amazing.

I think tier 2 is the best for mages it look awesome along with tier's 5,6,7,7.5...lower ones were the best looking...tier 13 looks somewhat cool lmao

I'm PISSED at Blizz. Finally about 6-8 mos. ago I got rid of all of my old tier gear to save bank space. Now they come out with Void Storage AND Transmogrification?!?! And... you have to currently HAVE the item to use its look? I WANT my old Tier 5 stuff back. %$#&^*
