Happy Holidays

We now approach that special time of year when the denizens of Azeroth come together to celebrate good times and remembrances in many ways. Holiday events include opportunities to complete quests, participate in unique activities, and earn achievements that are only available once per year. Here is a list of all the festive in-game events through the rest of the year.

Darkmoon Faire -- Sunday, October 2 through Saturday, October 8; Sunday, November 6 through Saturday, November 12; Sunday December 4 through Saturday, December 10.

Hallow’s End -- Tuesday, October 18 through Monday, October 31.

Day of the Dead -- Tuesday, November 1 through Wednesday, November 2.

Pilgrim’s Bounty -- Sunday, November 20 through Saturday, November 26.

Feast of Winter Veil -- Thursday, December 15 through Monday, January 2.

 

Don’t forget that every weekend is a holiday if you’re an angler!

Kalu’ak Fishing Derby -- Every Saturday at 2:00 p.m. server time.

Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza -- Every Sunday at 2:00 p.m. server time.

The Brew Fest is way to short!!!!!! Every year I am working and going to school full time and want to get that darn brew of the month club charter! Guess I have to waiy another year! =(

@Bite: The charter was easy imo, took me 3 days worth of dailies, However took me every single day to even TRY to get the brewfest mounts! I DIDNT GET SQUAT other then a remote to a stupid lvl 50 dungeon.... hope you get your brew of the month next year :'(

@Retras: You get it from doing the achivment It's Been a Long Strange Trip. it requires you to do every single achivment for the world events. Ex. you need all the Brewfest achivments all the Hollows End and so on. I will be finishing it thos next Winter Veil

They need to make a boss for every holiday that lasts a week or more. They're already well on their way. Just make the Greench an instance boss like direbrew etc.

Love Brewfest. But I think Hallow's End beats them all out. That and the Pilgrim's Bounty for leveling up cooking. No one likes farming sandworm meat to get into Outland cooking! ^_^

My favorite holiday is by far Hallows End. Put Halloween and WoW together and you have the most awesome event of all times. My least favorites are Winter Veil and the Midsummer Fire Festival. I have nothing against the real Christmas but the in game one is kinda lame, and wtf is a fire festival?

I love all holidays,nothin like your favorite game celebrating the holidays.Helps get me in the holiday spirit! Plus i got a 2 week paid vacation for Christmas and a bonus before my vacation starts so kinda nice getting paid to play wow,lol.To cold outside to do anything else. Happy Hollidays Blizzard Thanks for being Awesome!!!!

Actually my favorite holiday has come and gone this year...which would be the midsummer fire festival. One of the greatest times of the year to level alts up, especially when you have as many lower level alts as i do:)

The Sunwell was purified back in the ending TBC, Kael'thas treason was avenged as well. After Quel'delar being restored, Arthas was killed and Quel'thalas destruction and my death were avenged too. If we don't use Fel magic as resource anymore, why we can't make Ghostlands as pure as Eversong ? Why we can't make a kind of phasing to make Quel'thalas shine once again ? Please Blizzard don't let unfinished issues that are as old as Quel'thalas issue be forgotten. Do something on the next expansion. As the High King of Quel'thalas I demand a reply. Selama ashal'anore! Anu belore dela'na.

I used to love Winter Veil.
But after 6+ years of the exact same event, its just not fun anymore.
Please update more then just the one present under the tree. It really is just boring now :(

Hallow’s End is my absolute favorite WoW holiday it was the first I ever celebrated after achievements became active and my most vivid memory is of piling into SM with my first ever guild and farming the mount. Got the charger on my old main after two years of trying. :D Now hopefully Ill get it on my new main my little gnome so I can feel all dark and powerful when I fly instead of riding my girly sparkle pony all the time.
