Weekend Sale -- 25% Off Character Transfer

New horizons await! Through this weekend and for a limited time only, you can initiate a Character Transfer to move one of your World of Warcraft characters to a new realm for 25% off the regular price.

To get started, simply click here. Alternatively, you can log in to your Battle.net account at www.battle.net, select your World of Warcraft account, and then click “Character Transfer” at the bottom of the page.

I think they should give you the option when xfering horde or alliance instead of making u pay full xfer fee for faction xfer .. scam ... I hope in the future when u choose to transfer u have a option window saying Aliance or Horde. Blizzard plz consider revampin your system

I got so excited seeing this, went through the process, was surprised to see the full $55 showing then noticed this was dated back from Jul 19, 2012. FML Can we please get a "spring sale" on transfers and faction change for this year? please.

lol So not only does the 25% off thing not work, it's an extra $5 more to server AND faction change now. $55 to change servers and realm? RIP OFF!!! Absolutely not, I'd rather quit. GTFO Blizz... also G-F-Yourself!.. can't believe it.

Frostmourne queue's are 3 hours during peak time. Free server xfers to Gundrak are needed again and have been requested by many players in many threads that have gone unanswered/ignored by blizz. I know of many people that have already cancelled their subs due to this.

For a free realm transfer, put your account on hold for a long while, then get someone to send u a scroll of resurrection from the realm of your choice. Instant free realm transfer.

They should do server and faction xfer again, accept make it 50% off. That will get pretty much every player in the game to do at least 2 toons.

My only real complaint is purchasing the character transfer one week prior to this sale. It would have been nice if they gave some kind of announcement ahead of time that these 25% sales would be happening - at least now we can expect these kinds of sales on a regular (annual?) basis.

Just transferred a toon to a high populated server for MoP. I appreciate the discount Blizzard! I mean, I can see why they charge for some of these services from a business stand point. The ratio of losing players vs. prices they charge for these services (Race change, realm xfer, etc.) probably isn't bad at the moment, so they'll continue to have it set at these prices until it actually becomes a problem over in accounting.

Sigh the QQ on the forums is ridiculous! If you don't want it, then don't buy it. And if $25.00 bucks is too much then maybe you should go find those free to play games. Looking at all these comments about the prices is ridiculous. Every time blizzard does something no matter what it is they are always making someone unhappy. I on the other hand, am grateful that they're doing deals like this.
