The Old forums had a Suggestions area...
This was a big part of the forums for me. The fact that there is not a section on here for Suggestions is heart breaking. Makes me think; well maybe blizz never even read the suggestions forum? blizz prove me wrong, make a suggestions forum area again. Suggestions have shaped the world of Azeroth in many ways. ( Also if there already is a Suggestions forum area and its just hidden so well that I havent found it yet please point me to it and ill remove this thread, Thanks ) |

I tried to direct someone to the suggestions forum, but then I couldn't find it here. :(

I am always coming up with things that could be put into the game to help make the game easier to play and more fun for everyone.
And I know I am not the only one who has ideas they would love to share there thoughts and ideas about what they wish would be added and/or removed. :D |

I made a post about this earlier on general and they put my forum in here :(

I made a post about this earlier on general and they put my forum in here :( That would be because this is the forum that feedback belongs in. I agree though. Not only was the suggestions forum a good place to at least feel like blizzard was reading your feedback, and thoughts on what could improve the game. But it also kept the terrible ideas, and whining, out of the general forums. (well... not all of it) |

It was also a great place to hang out. Lots of really cool regulars imparting our wisdom and sometimes bashing those that posted over and over and over again the same suggestion (I'm looking at you Mr. Posts for classic realms). Plus we have a sense of community there. Look at the goodbye thread in the current suggestions forum. We enjoy debate and would like to be able to continue to do so on the new wow forums.

<----Suggestion Forum regular.
I will be heartbroken if the suggestion forums aren't continued here. It must be an oversight. I suppose we will have to post our suggestions in another thread until the suggestion forums are created? |

There's a lot of great suggestions on that forum, it'll be very sad to see it all go away if blizzard doesn't continue it in some way shape or form with this new setup.
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=27607510220&sid=1 I DO like the new ability to see people's actual character images it literally puts a face to a name haha |

I completely agree. The suggestions forum was a great place to submit feedback on the game. It made the player base feel that the developers are interested in our ideas, many of which are highly valuable.
Further, the suggestions forum was fun. It was certainly one of the most creative places on the website, where imagination and novelty were encouraged. Good ideas, terrible ideas, strange ideas -- regardless of their merit, these forums encouraged players to be inventive, and it made for excellent reading. |

Considering I was told by Blizzard Customer Support less than a month ago, to "Make a post on the suggestions forum" regarding my issue, it seems rather ridiculous there is no new suggestions forum.
I certainly hope you have held flash meetings with your CSR's to ensure they are aware of this new change to the site. Also, honestly, by not having a suggestions forum, it really makes me think thats something your CSR's have told me to do "to get me off the phone", WHICH IS VERY OFFENSIVE TO ME PERSONALLY. |

Im surprised we are yet to get any word on this at all.
I guess just like in the sug boards, we dont know Blizz has been listening till they go ahead and make our ideas become reality. |

I was coming to suggest something about our tier armor changing based on our active talent tree. Such as a warrior, would only have to buy 1 set of gear for justice points (or get gear raiding with the tokens), and the stats would adjust to the tanking armor stats, or dps armor stats depending on which talents were active. My warrior is a Fury warrior, so I'm not sure if there are different dps stats for Arms. I think it sucks that some classes (mages, hunters, warlocks, even priests) only have to buy one set of gear, regardless of which talent tree they have active. Now to avoid going to far with this, I suggest using this system ONLY for the tiered armor. If an armor piece isn't part of a tier set, it wouldn't be affected by this. |

Can I ask a question: I didn't read the Suggestion forums really ever, but did Blizzard ever actively respond there? I'm not trying to be mean in anyway, but did you ever truly feel like they took a suggestion and implemented it in a future patch within the game?
