Curious about what RP guilds exist on this server Hordeside? Here's a list. It's as accurate as can possibly be, as it depends wholly on people getting information to the designated folks.

If you want your guild listed, please send an ingame mail containing your guild's information to Sahare, Ashirana, or Rendahgar. If you're contacting one of the mentioned people for inclusion on community invites or inviting them to a guild event, please send an ingame mail or whisper letting them know. Future contacts forthcoming.

As a note: Not all of them RP with the community. Just because you do not see them RPing yourself does not mean these guilds do not RP. For clarification, contact the guild leader or any members of the guild, because only they will know how the guild works. Some of the guilds on this listing are guild-centric in their RP.

Silvermoon Swordmaidens

Silvermoon Swordmaidens is a guild comprised solely of females of all classes. They consider themselves a sisterhood, and dedicate themselves to the defense of Silvermoon and its allies.

The Darksun Tribe

Leader: Sahare
Officers: Rendahgar, Penitent, Xandralan, Kurashan
Accepting new members: Yes.

The Darksun Tribe is a moderate roleplay guild whose focus is primarily on healing. You must be a healer or require healing to be a member of the Tribe. They're very close-knit OOC, and help each other through instances, with gear, in PvP, or with professions. There are no class or race restrictions.

Those Who Dare

Leader: Bailarin
Officers: Faviela, Aess
Accepting new players: Yes

Need a job done? Well, ask none other than a member of Those Who Dare. They are a guild of "swords for hire", because mercenary just sounds too harsh. Those Who Dare is a heavy RP guild that requires an interview to join, and they aspire to do casual raiding.

Almagest Horde

Leader: Melona
Officers: Mordax, Agonaga
Accepting new members: Yes

Almagest Horde is a moderate roleplay guild that prefers face to face RP. They RP in instances, as well. Their primary goal as a guild is to help others, and to have a good time as they go about their day in Azeroth.

Bloodthornes

The Lost

The Lost is a guild with a different take on things than most. They accept non-RPers, but expect them to respect the RPers in the guild. In character, The Lost is a home for wayward souls to come to when the rest of the world doesn't want them, a haven for the Horde's orphans.

Fiery Legacy

Officers: Caldain, Falindon, Mednato, Geser, Lilianlillac
Accepting new players: Yes.

Fiery Legacy is a mercenary-themed guild that utilizes both guild chat and face-to-face roleplay in their stories. They hope to run what they call "lowbie helping services" soon, as well as accomplish guild achievements.

Bumping this. Please report for sticky, as well as the Alliance RP guild listing. Both are as important as the FAQ.

Edited to add a new guild that got their info to me, removed a guild that disbanded, fixed formatting.

In the wake of the Cataclysm and the world getting broken and whatnot, the Swordmaidens are opening their doors to female characters of all races. Our original rp intent was to be a group of female blood elves banding together after the destruction and mayhem of Burning Crusade, and we reckon we weathered that storm. Now that Azeroth went and got itself blown up, or at least badly gashed, we are extending that intent to all female characters of the horde. Also, we are doing this because Wickette thinks goblins are awesome.

Character limit hit on the first post, I keep getting a 500 error when trying to add info. Yay! Second post in this thread now has a guild on it. Keep on growing, Hordeside. :)

Second post has more guilds now. I'd like to welcome Bilgewater Security, House Dawnrunner, and Chains of the Icebound to the guild listing. Keep on growing!
