EDIT: Avans (One O One) is now taking over control and updates of the progression thread

as of the 10/10/2011 My US game account will become inactive (playing EU client now) and therefore I will not be maintaining the guild progress spreadsheet any longer.

Someone needs to pick it up, I will make the spreadsheet public and people can do as they wish with it.

Right,

I currently use Google Docs (http://docs.google.com) spreadsheet to do the progression but I'm open to suggestions.
Also I think the biggest point of contention is tracking 10 and 25 man raids in one thread. As it stand now I got them in one table as blizz have stated they should be equal. What you guys think?

Also when you First Post a few details about your guild would be good, Name, faction, Raid size and Website(if you have one). I will add these details to the guild tab on the progression spreadsheet

Also, @Shamwow, all PvE content has been cleared. It may have been even slower than it takes you to hit level 2, but it's still better than a lot of servers. Only like half of Cyclone has downed HLK, and even less HRS. We have 2 guilds that have done HRS now (Grats Blackdawn! Didn't get a chance to say it on the old forums) :D

4.0.1 patch ended anything that could remotely be called progression

I propose this rule: If content gets cleared within one lockout of being released by multiple groups, it shouldn't be tracked since it is most likely trivial.

Think back to stuff like normal northrend beasts, or marrogar, did any one really care about tracking that? It just added a lot of garbage information to sort through.

IMO we should only track the end bosses of normal dungeons, but every boss in heroics.

I actually think this is a pretty good suggestion. Some of the fights in ICC were worth tracking on normal (PP and Sindy in particular), but I think most of them, and all of ToC, would have been better off with ust the last normal boss, then heroics. I get the feeling that Cata will be no different, at least for this raid tier.
