Im sorry played a priest most of my wow career and with all the changes I'm not sure if Haste has changed what it does for warriors. Does Haste decreases GCD for warriors?

If only it did!

Maybe haste wouldn't be so worthless for us.

We would be GODS if haste worked like that for us.

Haste now is less terrible than it was relative to other stats. It would probably be OP if it affected melee GCDs. It should affect the cast time of Slam though.

You realize for Arms Haste is about 60% as valuable as Mastery, less than that compared to crit, and around 25% as a point of strength?

Haste is a terrible stat.

That said, reducing GCDs would help relatively little given that all of our attacks are on cooldowns. For fury it would make it easier to squeeze in a bloodsurge proc, for Arms it would let us squeeze in more slams in favor of heroic strikes. A benefit, but not a strong one.

Yes, it's terrible for arms. As always. For fury it's better relative to other stats than it was. It likely won't be as awful in intro Cata as it was in Naxx.

That remains to be seen. Hit is better at all levels than haste, and does the exact same thing haste does (more white attacks landing during a period of time). Until we hardcap hit (which wont happen in tier11) haste will remain something you want to avoid entirely.

Even after that, a large part of haste's scaling for fury in the past was reducing the effective cooldown on heroic strike. Whether more rage == more heroic strike is the same as more haste == less time between heroic strikes ends up equivalent I'm not sure.
