Darkflight used to be 70% over 10 seconds.
Darkflight is now 40% over 10 seconds.
I consider Darkflight a tactical ability, since it has a 3min cooldown. Most of the time you're going to want it to:
- Get out of melee range of someone
- Get toward melee range of someone
Before, the speed was proabably too extreme for a 10 second duration. But now, the speed is such that if you are snared in any way by a standard 50%, you won't be able to escape someone who is on top of you since even with Darkflight you'll be going slightly slower than them.
I suggest making Darkflight a 70% speed increase over 6 seconds. This will keep the overall distance crossed about the same, but it'll allow you to actually use it viably against snares, just like you can use Every Man for Himself, Escape Artist, or the instant results effect of the Goblin Rocket Jump to do.
It just seems like a complete waste of a cooldown if say I'm on top of a target with Hamstring, and they pop Darkflight, and unless they pop another cooldown in order to slow or stun me, they're not going to get away and the use of Darkflight ends up accomplishing nothing.
