[H-25] *Nightwatch* Weekend Raiding (7/8H)

<Nightwatch> is a multi-cultural casual raiding guild with players from many different countries and timezones. Whatever time you play - day or night - you play you will find fellow guildies online doing raids, achievements, PvP etc etc.
PVE Schedule: Raid times are Fri/Sat 6.45-11pm server time. While we have a very casual raid timetable - only 8 hours over two days - we expect a serious attitude to be taken towards our 25-man raids in order to progress. It is expected you come consistently, on time, prepared, and knowledgeable of the fights. By observing these expectations we have achieved competitive progression (including 25-man Glory of the Icecrown Raider in WoTLK, 4/13H in T11 and 6/7H in T12) for low hrs/per week spent raiding. Loot: Our 25-man raids use the Shroud Loot System to reward players with high attendance while still allowing our more casual bench to collect the gear they need. An outline of our implementation of Shroud can be found on our website.Progression (25-man): T11 (4.1): 4/13H (minus Al'Akir - see above) T12 (4.2): 1/7H (pre-nerf), 6/7H (post-nerf) T13 (4.3): 7/8H Current Recruitment Focus: - 1x Healer of any spec - 2x ranged DPS (prefer Ele Shaman and Boomkin, no Shadow Priests or Hunters) Exceptional candidates of any class/spec will always be considered, regardless of recruitment status.
