Zombie shows shouldn't make me cry like this, damnit.

The show is really emotional. Instead of just MINDLESS DEAD EVERYWHERE, there are real people with real emotions and I find myself getting so invested in the characters!

Maybe it's the hormones though. Regardless, lemon ice will make this better!

I enjoyed the comic series a lot so going into this show I was going in rather critical.

Having said that I am extremely impressed with the series and the first episode alone made me cry.

This is a zombie series yeah but it's really extremely good on the human element which a lot of zombie flicks tend to lack. It manages to capture you while still entertaining fans of zombies.

Anyway my little two cents on a genre I love.

TRUE STORY
When Varendil proposed, he got me the Zombie Survival Guide book and made little notes in it because I told him I would never marry a man who didn't have a plan for the Zombie Apocalypse.

I take Zombies seriously.

Want my zombie plan? A bottle of rum, a katana, a shotgun, and a whole lotta guts. The rest is pure instinct.

I love this show, it's so amazing.

End of last episode was probably one of the most powerful scenes I've seen in a zombie show

This show is overwrought and ridiculous. Is it good when judged by the zombie standard? Sure, but if that bar were any lower it'd be on the floor.

That article seems to be going from the Zombie MOVIE genre. I'm more of a Max Brooks kinda of guy and if you apply that logic to Max Brook zombies...it kinda falls apart since the Zombie Survival guide has counter points to those.
