I've started a tight knit 10 man guild for cataclysm, and my raid composition gets very limited on the amount of specs I can take.
I'm wondering if a disc priest is as efficient (or more) as a holy paladin for tank heals? My current raid composition includes 1 resto druid, 1 resto shaman, and I have an open slot for either a disc or a hpal.
Which should I choose?

probably go with a pally with those two healers in the bag, as much for buffs as anything. with beacon and a pally who has a clue how to play, your tank(s) will be taken care of so the shammy and druid can do what they do best, although shammies are good tank healers too.
