Hey there, I'm here to work with you and I really appreciate every report we receive. However, I find bump spam to be disrespectful. I understand that it's sometimes frustrating that I haven't responded to your particular issue, I promise to give you as much information as I can.

It's okay to bump a thread if you have something to add, even if it's simply "I'm experiencing this issue as well." That helps me gauge how widespread an issue is. One poster brute-forcing an issue to the top of the list doesn't help me and therefore doesn't help you.

If you're spamming a thread you will be issued a temporary forums suspension. Thank you for your time and let's all continue working together to find and resolve issues big and small.
