'Stack' is a bit of a misnomer. You don't really "stack" anything anymore.

You want a health mix of Stamina (obvious reasons) and Agility the most. After that get Dodge.

If you're having Single Target threat issues (notice I said single target not AoE) get some Expertise up to 6.5%. After that Expertise and Hit have the same value.

Dodge of course has diminishing returns, so eventually its value will be equal to or less than that of Mastery. However I don't know what that point is or if you even have to worry about it in T11.

For a druid, agility is the main stat. Agility = dodge. Also dodge, attack power help out as well. Thats the route i took when lvln my druid. I also sent enchants from an alt to help give her an edge also.

That's ok. Her test-ic-les confuse many men in the dark of the night.

Feral mastery is excellent for sure, and should be prioritized over any stat on items eligible to reforge. Stam stacking was reinforced by Blizzard's rather poorly conceived fix for boss level/difficulty in ICC, a large blanket nerf to dodge (chill of the throne). Since that's out, you can now go back to a balanced mix of dodge, armor, stam, etc.

This isn't, and never has been the reason we stack stam.

The only reason we might not stack stam come cataclysm is the change to a "mana matters" + "tanks don't die in 2 hits" model. Where you actually get to experience the gains other stats often enough before you die that they can be counted on to some extent.

That being said. Bears will likely be matching a number of sockets with agi/stam gems. Mastery/stam is an outside possibility.

Look for gear with native mastery and one of expertise/hit/crit.

reforge the non-mastery to expertise untill soft cap. Then reforge dodge. Try to avoid haste on your gear when possible.

Only if you are having threat problems. Otherwise Dodge > Expertise.
