Ive played mage all my life in WoW, and frankly (after being OP for 48 hours) it sucks now. Ive had multiple friends on the beta who can't put up with it, too much mana concers, simplicity, ect ect.

What im looking for is a healer! Can anyone suggest to me a good, deep healer class that i won't get bored with after a while? something that requires more then pressing two buttons (my mage -.-) and is more interactive. Thanks.

I'm going with shaman - powerful raid heals that don't feel half-baked (like paladins), while still being strong single target healers. Also, you can swap to elemental with little or no gear change from resto.

This is true among the mage community. They wish it would require more than Ice lance spams to avoid interruption, even I stopped playing my Frost/Arcane/Fire mage because all specs are potent when used right and Blink is a free trinket. In it's current state spellsteal is broken so you might want to avoid the Priest and maybe druid healing specs if you truly intend to become a healer.
