Some Burning Crusade and Vanilla server firsts are listed here: http://www.wowwiki.com/Server:Greymane_US#Progression
Vanilla content I imagine consists of these three guilds: Dreadnaught, Select, and The Afflicted, but I couldn't tell you in which order.
For Burning Crusade, I can tell you Immortalis was the 3rd to kill Archimonde (Likely with Plan B #1 and The Afflicted #2?). Immortalis was also the 3rd to kill Illidan, (Same order? Plan B #1, The Afflicted #2?). The Afflicted was 1st to Kil'Jaeden, and Immortalis 2nd. Rebirth 3rd???
And you forgot Zul'Aman, intentionally or not. I know for that instance Plan B was first, and Immortalis was second, likely then followed by The Afflicted??
For WotLK Immortalis was 3rd to Kel'thuzad, 2nd to Sartharion, and 2nd to Malygos.
And that's all I've got...
I only know all this because Immortalis has a rather extensive wiki I built back in the day, with kill dates and ranks >.>
Classic - What Brunnor said, although there's no actual KT/cthun kill until post-BC
TBC - Plan B 1st from Kara up until Felmyst, TA 1st to the last 3 in Sunwell (PB died)
Wrath - Immo got Horde 1st Sarth 3d ^^ Divide got 1st Halion Heroic, rest goes to TA -- Can use wowprog and achievement dates for most of this too, everything's on wow prog except these : (you can armory Kilda for all of them, since she's been in every raid in TA since the beginning of time it's not hard to get precise achievement dates -- just keep in mind the date is in GMT so you have to roll back a day cause the changeover happens before our raids actually start!)
Sarth - November 22nd, 2008 (TA)
Naxx25 - November 30th, 2008 (TA)
Malygos - December 1st, 2008 (TA)
Twilight Zone - January 10th, 2009 (Immo, special mention that TA got it on the same day, but later on =P)
Immortal - February 4th, 2009 (TA)
Don't have an Eternity - February 9th, 2009 (TA)

For Vanilla, I could have sworn we got Rag first, but am not for sure. I'll text Aten about it & ask Tde about the others. For TBC & Wrath, what Arinya said. Armorying me would definitely help too, the only thing I believe I've missed is Anetheron in Hyjal.
Who were you in select? (dont know everyones full list of characters obviously)
I didn't play my hunter back then as far as I can remember, I had a rogue or warrior in there, I don't even remember - all I know is that I moved my alt in there because of friends who were in the guild. I don't have that toon anymore, and I don't think I did any relevant content with it so you wouldn't remember~

Pretty much what Brunnor/Kilda said for MC. BWL was TA, then HRG, then CrucifiX. Unless you wish to add Torment (I think that was their name). A transfer guild that popped in for BWL and some AQ40, then left the server again before TBC came out. In which case it would be TA, Torment, and HRG for BWL.

Everything looks pretty accurate. Pretty sure select was third on all those.
Its been to long so I cant remember, but when did DN start running into trouble? They suffered a big hit at one point and then fell back for a bit before they broke up. I cant remember exactly at what point that was though. I still think the placement is accurate though.
