Topic (A) Night Shift, Cata, and Recruitment

First and foremost Night Shift plans to remain on Farstriders, and our goal is to do both 25 and 10 man progression content. With that in mind we are recruiting not only players/toons, but smaller guilds as well.
One of the best things about Farstriders has always been its small town feel, but with the creation of guild experience and rep, there are going to be some huge advantages to being in a guild with a larger population base. (see http://www.wowwiki.com/Guild_advancement).
One of the first perks that can be earned is called "Fast Track" and it will increase experience from killing monsters and questing by 5%. The next perk will increase your mounted speed by 10%. And the list just keeps growing with increases in rep, honor, reduced cost of vendor items, and other perks.
Also, as we level it is always great to have BoEs stored up in the bank, the advice of other good players, as well as, people to team up with.
Our goal in Cata is to move away from the idea of Mains and Alts, and instead have Main Players with toons assigned to different raiding teams. This will allow us to have one 25 man team and multiple 10 man teams. It will also ensure there are enough tanks, healers, etc.
With these goals in mind we are recruiting individuals, 10 man icc teams, and smaller guilds who would be interested in enjoying all aspects of the game, as well as, pushing through current content.
You can learn more about us and app at http://wownightshift.com
Please note that we will be updating our charter for Cata to better explain and develop our idea regarding multiple teams and multiple toons.
We look forward to meeting you.

There's actually a relatively low daily cap on the amount of guild experience that can be earned by any guild, specifically to ensure that large guilds don't have a significant advantage over smaller, more tightly-knit groups of players when it comes to the Perks system; they want us to play in guilds, but they don't want to give birth to the likes of GodzOfWarz again.
That said; Bump.
