Tanks will still be trying to pull multiple mobs at once mindless chain pulling, while dps will try to aoe things down. When they fail miserably for not properly pulling with the use of CC and tatics, they will promptly blame It on the healer, probably calling him a "nub" followed by a "kick".
In this scenario, many players will leave the healing role for the aggravation that it involves, which could lead to a market of selling healing servises for random heroics similar to what tanks already do today, which could lead to higher LFG queues. Today tank spots are instant, healer vary between instant to 5 minutes, and dps is in the range of 15-25 minutes. Those 15-25 minutes could turn into 1 hour if that come true.
It will take about 6 months for the comunity understand that this isn't WotLK, this is Sparta. I mean Cata... >.>
Doing CC, communicating, etc all sounds really terrible to do in the average LFD group I seem to find myself in.
However, doing all these things with my guildmates and friends is going to be so fun that I can hardly wait.
On the other hand, unlike right now in wotlk, A LOT more people will want to run 5man, which means if you're a half decent healer it will be easy to find a tank and one dps who'll be up for chain running a few 5man. It'll be a lot easier to premake dungeon crawls.
PUGs will be PUGs (although I have to say my experience with them since I came back hasn't been ANYWHERE as bad as some of the stuff I read around here), but it's not content people want to see, not content people are tired of or will run with alts they hadn't played ever after powerlevelling them.
It'll be fine. I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks of 5mannning stuff before we start raiding again actually. Might even finally get to know some people on the server (I'm a recent transfer) beside my guildmates.

Hello there, you must be new. WotLK was actually the expansion where you could AoE everything down and pull the entire room.
Random LFD Tank pulls whole room..
healer laughs at tank
group kicks healer,
healer clicks LFD Random Dungeon
healer tries to make it to the mailbox before queue pops...
begins healing new tank.
Exactly why am I supposed to find this a problem?
Eventually tanks will learn they can't pull multiple packs.
In the meantime, I'm gonna have a riot laughing at idgits.
Granted, I've never been kicked, but I sure as heck am gonna have some fun watching people do silly things. (I AH'd up about 120k gold just so I could not care about repairs, etc.)
Actually a lot of tanks were pretty careful, and even more so than myself. If they were unsure of the mechanics they looked it up or asked someone who had done the dungeon. They would pull small groups because it was a new experience and everything new looks dangerous.
I enjoyed healing but at level 81 yu can already feel the mana costs going up so you kind of have to exchange all those ICC 10/25 epics to greens to keep up. It's going to feel like playing a Holy Priest at all times.
Let me sum up how a Holy Priest is different than any other healer.
1. We have a large number of spells and our most powerful are AoE spells but they cost a lot of mana.
2. If you panic and use a lot of AoE spells because you feel someone is going to die you will quickly go oom.
3. You can't save everyone just those who are attempting to stay out of taking a lot of damage.
People are already being careful about small stuff such as normal Cataclysm dungeons even more so than Halls of Reflection when everyone expected stuff to be easier, hence, the nerfs that followed and it became another heroic you can plow through anyways.
I've actually had pretty good groups. I had a tank who had trouble holding aggro, but the party was actually using their CC and interrupts that run, so it worked out anyway. The rest of my runs have been great. Sure, people have died (lots of things that are impossible to heal now), but I've not once had someone blame me. I just get a ty for rez and move on. People seem to be pretty gracious since most of us still don't know the content. The couple times I've wiped today were followed by friendly conversation and people learned quickly what killed them.
I'm surprised I've even done as well as I have. I healed Stonecore earlier and don't even remember healing, I was so tired. I'm surprised that we didn't die, to be honest. In my defense, my friends made me queue.
