The new website / armory looks great. Way to go Blizz!
The only problem I have is my armory page is not updating regularly. I have logged my character in and out multiple times since the last time it updated. It still shows my old gear as well as my old level on the armory page. I am wondering if / when this issue would be resolve or if there is a way to force an armory update. Please respond blues as I know I am not the only person experiencing this issue. Thank you! Trickey |

Thank you for your response. Yes, they do not accurately reflect what I am wearing in game. I have a different tabard equipped and have enabled my helm to show in game. The last time my armory profile shows updating was 12/10/2010. I have logged in and out of this character multiple times since then. I have received many upgrades to my gear as well. None of the changes have been saved to my armory profile since 12/10/2010. Is there a method I can force the armory to update / save? Regards, Trickey |

I'm afraid not. If we did provide one, everyone and their brother would be using it needlessly as I'm sure you can imagine. I peeked at your profile and the rendered image, comparing the gear listed with images in-game and I don't see anything wrong. We are experiencing a monumental number of render requests so it could have been really delayed. I'm quite happy that nothing crashed or broke over the weekend, but it was the first weekend of the game release and we are still processing queued renders from last night. Sorry for the delays. |

The render is not the issue. It matches the gear that is displayed on my profile currently. The issue is that my profile is not accurate. I have many different pieces of gear than I had when that profile was saved. The server is not saving my profile when I log on / off. The feed is not capturing the stuff I have looted or the achievements I have gotten either. At the bottom of the armory profile page, it shows: Last updated on 12/10/2010 I have logged in and played on this character multiple times since 12/10/2010. The profile doesn't accurately reflect what I am wearing, so the render is wrong because of that. The render is not my primary concern. The fact that it is not saving my profile when I log out of the game is. I have other characters that I have played that do not have the same problem. It appears to be specific to this character. As you can see in my forum avatar / level, my rogue is currently level 83. The wowarmory profile shows the character at level 82 in old gear. I hope this clarifies the issue. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can get it to update the armory correctly. Thank you again. Trickey |

I am having this same problem, my toon as not updated since the 18th, I have since logged out naked, in my healing gear, partially dressed, ..... in game too!
Not sure what else to do. I could understand a few hours, but 4 days........ please help!!! |

This is happening to me also. I have not received updates to my Armory Page for two days now. I have cleared browser cache, used different browsers and tried logging in and out multiple times and the page is not updating.

Progression raid boss kills on the guild achievement page are not updating either. It's very annoying.

Having this issue as well...
Have cleared browser cache, restarted my desktop, tried alternate browser, disabled add-ons, updated add-ons, all with log in / out to test between... toon hasn't re-rendered in at least 2 days... |

New gear isn't updating for me either. Missing my new boots and leggings.

same is happening with me. Ive done and comleted 2 or 3 heroics, but non of the achievements update on site, not to mention new gear upgrades are not showing.
