Something to make it worthwhile to try to heal stupid DPS that wipe because they are inconsiderate for their healer.
The perk I would think of:
double XP on wipes.
Reduced durability loss
better water to drink faster
being able to continue to drink while taking damage (tank pulled early and AOE damage on group)
Ideally those perks wouldn't be there to destabilize the game as it is, but to convince some folks to still heal LFG groups for regular or even heroic instances.
