Am I the only one that sees a problem with this? Is it intended or is it not?
So Blizzard changes its mind about something after months of internal testing, whats the problem?
Tells me no one at blizz cares or knows whats going on.
the blue admins are just the scapgoat for all the flak, they really dont know whats going on.
I think you guys should simply be thankful that blue even responds to you, apparently no amount of shaman information gets us anywhere.
The problem is that PLAYERS pointed out this issue (in this thread) months ago and the blue post clearly shows that they disagreed and thought Light of Dawn transfer was fair and balanced. Their solution was to reduce the amount of healing that LoD did, and thus directly reduce the amount of healing it did to the Beacon of Light target.
The recent hotfix reduced the amount of healing Protector of the Innocent did by 30%. While there is no clear statement that this was due to it providing the Beacon target with too much healing, the fact that LoD will now transfer ZERO healing completely contradicts their earlier statement.
While I share your frustration with Shaman's shortcomings, this is not a constructive way to ensure that they get the attention they need.
