I'd like to take this time I have during a restart and thank you for not putting on the box that healing was nerfed into the ground. Basically making healers look bad, and make healers tell people how to play your game. get kicked because our class mechanics, and bear the brunt of the hostility from groups that we encounter, because of your changes.

The problem isn't that Blizzard nerfed healers, it's that they didn't nerf the other roles as well.
They wanted to get away from the WotLK model, so they ramped up the fight mechanics a bit and then made healing as inefficient as possible in order to slow groups down and make them strategize more. On paper this sounds great, but it puts an undue burden on healers. We all chose to play as healers in order to save people. Now we have to do that as well as decide who is worth saving. That's a HUGE change in playstyle, and one that goes against the way many (probably most) healers have been doing their job since they started. For some players, that's years. It's a lot to unlearn.
So my quibble is that the burden should be shared equally by all roles. If a healer is out of mana during a fight because people made mistakes, then all the casters in the group should be out of mana or close to it as well. The tank should be rage starved. I don't mind the current model, I just want it to be applied more equitably.
How about some aoe mechanics that one-shot dps who don't get out of the way? That way, it takes that decision completely out of the hands of the healer; there's no time to even think about tossing a quick and expensive heal to that bad dps, because they are already dead. How about a mechanic whereby a dps who pulls aggro gets one-shotted, even in trash packs? Again, no time or way for me to think about tossing a heal. That way, I can go back to healing those that need it and not worry about the rest, because they are already dead.
The healer's mana should not be the sole marker of a group's success.
