Healing Trinket Advice

I picked these up recently:

Tear of Blood - http://www.wowhead.com/item=55819
Blood of Isiset - http://www.wowhead.com/item=55995

I also have a normal and heroic Solace of the Fallen:

http://www.wowhead.com/item=47271
http://www.wowhead.com/item=47432

I'm really not sure which combo of trinkets I should be using. I have some people telling me that the new Cata trinkets are clearly better, while others claim the Solaces are still better than any healing trinket 346 or lower. Even EJ has conflicting info on this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Perhaps the reason they are saying Solace is better is because the stacking buff doesn't time out. I'm not a fan of Tear of Blood personally, but it generally comes down to how much mp5 for you it will be. Personally, I go between my Alchemist's Stone, Blood of Isiset and Cracked Egg Shell for now, because the Solace I had just didn't quite seem to be enough for me personally. Plus, I really am digging mastery as a Holy priest.

depends on your class, if your a holy pally, go here: http://bis.vilepickle.com/index.php

if your a priest I highly recomend trinkets with spirit on them as you will get a huge boost to it if your Holy. So the Blood of Isiset would be fine.

As a shaman I imagine you want trinkets with clicky spirit so to maximize mana tide.

As to druids, I would really not be the one to ask.

Heroic solace is at best 288 spirit and 144 int.

For 1290 spirit for 15s to be more then 288 spirit, you need it about once a minute. I don't know about you, but Int is better then spirit anyways, and Tear has 215. So you gain 71 int. Easy choice.

The blood is mastery, which is pretty bad in itself. WoWhead says ~105s ICD for blood, which is funny, because that is the time needed to give the same spirit as heroic solace. Then it comes down to 252 mastery vs 144 int. For a pally, I think heroic solace would win here. For your unknown class, I don't know.

I'm a druid, sorry for not mentioning that in the first post.

I'm not a huge fan of mastery either, but because it's mastery and not something like int it is able to be reforged, which opens up another variable. I was able to reforge 100 of the mastery into spirit, giving it at least some static spirit in addition to the proc. I'm not sure how that would change the relative power between the trinkets though.

Regen is calculated off of both intellect and spirit, if I remember correctly, and the higher intellect automatically gives you better returns from Hymn of Hope, Innervate and Replenishment, regardless of class or spec, as long as you use mana. If you've reforged mastery to spirit, then it will probably be overall better regeneration, though I wouldn't completely discount mastery as any healing spec.
