Lvl. 13: good places to quest near Silvermoon

Me and my brother have recruit a friend and we're questing together. We're level 13, around the Silvermoon City area. Most of the quests are with green names, so they're too easy. Where can we go for better quests?

Head south to the ghostlands. That's the second blood elf area.
