I don't think this falls into that category. If players are using real-world slurs in game that, I would assume, would violate the anti-harassment rules of the game and is a reportable offense. Furthermore, it just demonstrates the ignorance and immoral attitudes of both those that would use a slur and those that would excuse it.
As Blizzard has stated before, if someone is caught doing this intentionally (which, in this case, it's 100% guaranteed they're not 'accidentally' doing it) it can and will result in a suspension.
Now, of course with GM queues/petitions being so long atm, it will suck to have a GM ticket open that long.
I'd just recommend having your entire guild report them... one of the tickets will eventually make it to someone that will take note.

I know it's not my server, but I'm leveling a toon there, however, why not let's just address the issue at hand rather than brushing it off?
EDIT: If you didn't want someone going on about the issue why make a damn post in the first place? That's like a double negative there to begin with..
