PvE / East coast server 10 man progression guild Guild Level 25 www.pariahguild.net Bastion of Twilight: 10m (h): 1/4 25m: 2/4 Blackwing Descent: 10m (h): 4/6 25m: 3/6 Throne of the Four Winds: 10m: 2/2 25m: 1/2 Heroics Cleared: Halfus, Chimaeron, Atramedes, Magmaw, Maloriak Pariah is an established guild on Bloodhoof, we formed in August 2006 and have grown into an end game guild that pushes for the new content. We are a low drama guild that posts what we expect from our members clearly and will replace those not living up to that our standards. Recently we suffered the loss of several core members to real life issues and have been confined predominately to 10m raiding. We are currently looking to close gaps in our roster and begin working on 25m raid content again. Raid Times (All raid times are EST): -Wednesday, Thursday - 7 pm to 10pm -Saturday - 7pm to 11pm -Sunday - 7 pm to 10pm Current Openings: Exceptional Apps Always Considered Ranged DPS: 1 Balance Druid Melee DPS: 1 Warrior, 1 Retribution Paladin (A tanking off-spec is a bonus here) Healers: 1 Discipline Priest, 1 Holy Priest, 1 Restoration Druid Tanks: 2 openings (Prefer at least one non-Paladin) Expectations: - Team Player: Guild progression comes first - 50% raid attendance for Raider rank, 65% for Core and above - You must have Ventrilo and a working microphone - Be knowledgeable of your class. Know how to listen. Be an asset. - Know all fights before you get there. If you haven't raided it before go watch a video and read the posted strategies. Loot: -Dkp is used for raids -Dkp is earned through raiding and the donation of raiding supplies Guild support: - Guild Vault provides Cauldrons and Feasts to the guild raids - Donation system for guild members to earn DKP Dual specs: All raiders are required to have 2 raiding specs with appropriate gear.
