Well, first in order to destroy a guild you have to build it up! Get everyone shiny epics and build up a huge guild bank. Let's say 400,000 gold or so.

The next thing you should do is turn the guild into a 10 man guild from a 25 man guild without even discussing it or even talking about it in guild chat. This way all those other players are left out in the cold.

As soon as you change the entire guild structure without telling anyone, you should go ahead and turn off all guild repairs, but steal about 200,000 gold out of the bank(that the 25 player guild earned the expansion before), and this should make at least a few people angry and may even get your guild started into your final goal of killing your guild.

If that does not work, then you should start insulting every player in your 10 man raid until they decide they have had enough. Get personal with insults for best results. Tell everyone how good you are, and how bad you think everyone else is.

If players still will not leave, make sure they all know you are keeping an alt in the guild, even though you're planning on xferring.

Once you get enough players to leave your guild, go ahead and steal the rest of your guild bank.

Congrats, you have just ruined a guild, and made 400,000 gold!

Did anyone expect them to stick around? There's a reason people leave Dalv.

you know i'm on alliance side and i even knew they were switching to a 10m guild.

guild reforms never work i dunno why this is surprising

Horde always was terrible on Dalv. Rising Storm certainly didn't change that.
